KGPS-G type
controllable silicone intermediate-frequency power supply
enables 3-phase AC electricity to be transformed into DC
electricity through commuting, then by counter-changing
circuit to provide single-phase intermediate-frequency AC
power supply to intermediate-frequency coreless sensing
furnace for heating of metals. It applies AC-DC-AC frequency-transforming
ways.
Controllable silicone intermediate-frequency
power supply can be divided into main circuit and control
circuit. Details as following:
1. Main
circuit includes rectifying circuit, counter-changing circuit
and load resonance circuit. For rectifying circuit, controllable
silicone 3-phase full-control rectifying-bridge is applied.
3-phase AC power supply is transformed into DC power supply
after rectified by 3-phase full-control bridge, then after
counter-changed by counter-changing circuit, single-phase
intermediate-frequency AC power supply is output and provided
to load-parallel connected resonance circuit. This circuit
has simple route, and quite adaptive to kinds of loads,
with good universal use. This series of products have completely
overcome the disadvantage of bad starting function of other
resonance circuits. Because the work frequency of parallel-connected
controllable silicone intermediate-frequency power supply
can automatically track the resonance frequency of load
circuit, and will not bring any bad influence to parallel-connected
controllable silicone intermediate-frequency power supply
because of the change of resonance frequency, and the general
efficiency of the equipment is improved.
2. Control
circuit is made of 5 parts: rectifying spring, counter-changing
spring, automatic adjustment, stable-volt power supply and
protection. Control circuit is the core of the whole equipment.
It decides the work way of the whole equipment, and is most
important to the integration of the equipment. KGPS-C type
controllable silicone intermediate-frequency power supply
applies double closed-loop automatic control system of current
and voltage. It can automatically adjust the work current
and voltage of the whole equipment when the equipment is
working normally, and guarantee that the maximum current
and voltage will not surpass the rated value, to ensure
the stable and reliable work of the whole equipment. Counter-changing
spring circuit automatically tracks the resonance frequency
of load resonance circuit to control the counter-changing
circuit, so as to guarantee it works under the resonance
spot of the load, and the whole equipment works under the
best condition, so as to decrease the non-energy-increase
wasting of the equipment and realize high efficiency and
energy-saving.
3. This
power supply has good system protection circuit, including:
automatic protection system of water supply pressure of
the equipment, over-current grade protection system, over-voltage
automatic protection system. No matter what malfunction
occurs, the protection system can reliably cut the power
supply immediately, so as to ensure the safety of the equipment
and production.
4.KGPS-C type controllable
silicone intermediate-frequency power supply has small size
(outer size: 1600x800x550mm), light in weight, occupies
small space, with easy installation and maintenance. It
