     Intermediate -frequency coreless sensing furnace is made of sensing coils, furnace shell, asbestos plate, and furnace bricks. The sensing coils are made of profiled bar, and are cooled by flowing-water in the middle. The furnace is made of aluminum alloy, and is in two parts: left and right, in the middle is insulation material separation, in this way power loss can be reduced. According to the tilting way, it can be divided into mechanical type and hydraulic type. Mechanical type is mainly used for furnace under 2 tons, and for furnace above 2 tons, hydraulic type is used.
