controllable silicone intermediate-frequency power supply, intermediate-frequency
quenching transformer, and sensor. It is mainly
used for the thermal processing of the surface of metals, to
increase the surface hardness of metals,
and enhance the durability of parts. According to
the difference of quenching extent, its work frequency covers
2.5KHZ-8.0KHZ. The bigger the extent is, the lower is the work
frequency needed. The quenching extent is 2-8mm. The quenching
extent is related with the heating time, output power
and the work frequency. The rated power of the whole equipment
and the way of thermal processing are decided by
the requirement of the parts to be processed.
